Our work at this stage

Work starts in our pattern room as soon as a design becomes an order. Patterns are made separately for each size on a computerised pattern system and printed on the pattern plotter. Approval samples for the customer are made and checked here.

The pattern room passes every technical detail of the approved design to the production units, and answers their questions during production too.
